Eric Przybysz

“Born and raised in North Texas, Eric Przybysz brings a deep local connection and a competitive, results-driven mindset to representing injured Texans. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University in 2012, where he was a four-year letterwinner on the Division I men’s soccer team—an experience that shaped his discipline, preparation, and ability to perform under pressure.
Eric went on to earn his Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2016. During law school, he distinguished himself as a courtroom advocate, earning the title of Ira M. Flory Mock Trial Champion in his third year.
Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2016, Eric is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and has extensive trial experience across the state.
As first chair, Eric has tried more than 20 personal injury cases to verdict on behalf of plaintiffs in Dallas, Denton, Harris, Collin, Johnson, and Tarrant Counties. He is known for thorough case preparation, clear jury communication, and a willingness to take cases to trial when insurance companies refuse to offer fair compensation.
