Megan Romero – Chief Data Officer

Megan Romero has been a dedicated member of our personal injury law firm since 2019 and currently serves as Chief Data Officer. In this role, she manages our case management systems and data infrastructure, ensuring that every team has access to the accurate, actionanable information they need to make informed, effective decisions. Her focus on data integrity and operational insight supports smarter processes and better client outcomes across the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and is currently planning the mini farm her family hopes to call home in the near future.
